January- Qi-Yoga, Sound bath Meditation and healing circle

Happy New Year! It's time to pause and refresh! Stretch your body and rejuvenate your mind! With everyone and everything being so busy these days, we hardly get a moment to breathe. The session has now been extended from 2 hours to 2 and a half hours, allowing us to truly unwind, connect, and enjoy those delightful snacks!

This workshop is dedicated to achieving just that. The session will start with gentle movement, Qi-yoga, tapping, to awaken the body. We will then transition into a guided meditation and Kerry's sound bath with singing to thoroughly relax both the mind and body.

The room will be infused with refreshing aromatherapy oils, relaxation music, and soft, candlelit lighting.

We will conclude with fresh juice, teas, and healthy snacks, including Kerry’s renowned energy balls, to complete the “new you” experience.

We will form a women's circle, draw Oracle cards, and set intentions.
