standing Qigong practice designed to balance body, mind, and energy.

Five Elements — Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water —
we flow with the rhythms of nature and the cycles of the year.

In these sessions, you will:

MOVEMENT AND QIGONG

These sessions are designed to help improve movement , mobility, balance the nervous system and help to bring healing to the body. 

We will begin by connecting and grounding and assessing what needs working on. Modalities such as individual prescriptive Qigong and multidisciplinary movement practices are then applied.

SPIRTUAL GUIDANCE

These sessions are aimed to help you connect to your spiritual path, whether that be from a place from a spiritual awakening or a yearning to be more mindful and connected to your souls purpose. We firstly check in on where you are and  I intuitively work the session around what's needed on the day. This maybe movement practices ( Qigong, yoga, dance) it might include chanting or meditation as well as discussing and planning tools for the week.
