Time to press stop and reset! Stretch the body and revive the mind! Everything and everyone are so busy these days and we barely get a chance to catch our breath. This workshop is time to do just that.

The session will begin with some movement, energy medicine, Qigong, tapping and light beginner level yoga stretches to awaken the body. We will gradually move onto guided meditation and deep breathing exercises to completely relax both the mind and the body. The room will be filled with refreshing aromatherapy oils, relaxation music and low, candle lit lighting.

We will then come round with some fresh juice and healthy snacks, including Kerry’s highly acclaimed protein balls! to complete the “new you” feeling . The session is certain to leave you feeling ready to tackle the week ahead!

No previous experience necessary. Please bring with you a yoga mat, water and a pillow and blanket for the meditation.
