FREE 7 DAY HEADACHE RELIEF PROGRAM

Acupressure techniques have been around for thousands of years. It is a form of massage therapy that involves applying pressure to certain points on the body to address ailments or illnesses in the body. The goal of acupressure is to keep the energy flowing using pressure at specific points. I’ve compiled 7 acupressure and massage techniques for you that are specifically for relieving headaches and tension.

Acupressure is often used for pain relief, and studies have suggested it may help reduce back painmenstrual cramps, and headaches amongst many other health issues.

Many of the techniques I use in this program are taken from Master Chunyi Lin’s book Head-to-toe healing.

21 DAY SPRING INTO ACTION

The 21 Day Spring into Action program is designed to get you back on track and feeling good, mind body and soul! Whatever fitness level you are at, whether beginner or more advanced, this is the program for you!

This program includes:​

Daily sessions for 21 days: Each day there is a different low intensity workout​ for you to follow along to. I've also included, some yoga workouts, energy workouts and some high intensity workouts for those that want to work at a higher level. So there's something for everyone!

Meal plans- Healthy recipes: There is a healthy eating plan of delicious recipes that are easy to make and super tasty.

Habit Hacks: I've included some Psychological techniques to help you change any existing unhealthy habits and work towards healthier habits and a healthier way of life.

Community Private Facebook Group​: You will also be invited to the community group on Facebook, where you will get support from myself and other members. Here we can exchange ideas, thoughts, or issues. It's nice to know you're not alone.
