Kerry Sanson has devoted over two decades to supporting women in restoring balance, capacity, and connection through the body. With 27 years of experience in holistic health, movement, a Masters in Health Psychology, nervous system regulation, and embodied practice, her work is rooted in the understanding that true wellbeing — and true leadership — begins within.
Her path has been shaped through years of hands-on work as a holistic therapist, personal trainer, movement specialist, Qigong instructor, and facilitator and Coordinator of 100's of retreats and women’s circles. It has also been formed from decades of shadow work, spiritual epiphany, studying and embodying alongside Masters and specialists in ancient practices.
Through this integrated approach, Kerry has developed a deep sensitivity to the ways modern women — particularly those in leadership — carry responsibility in their bodies, often at the cost of their own steadiness and vitality.
Kerry is known for her grounded presence, humour and her ability to create calm, regulated spaces where women can soften without losing strength.
Her work attracts founders, leaders, professionals, mothers, and creatives — who are outwardly capable, yet often quietly exhausted, and who are ready to lead and live without running on internal pressure.
With precision, warmth, and clarity, Kerry supports women navigating periods of transition, overwhelm, identity recalibration, and the desire to return to nature and to a more sustainable way of being. Her approach is not about fixing or pushing forward, but about restoring internal capacity so clarity, confidence, and direction can naturally emerge.
Her primary offering, Coming Home, is a private 1:1 container designed to support women in leadership to regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with their bodies, and reclaim a sense of internal authority — allowing success to be held without self-sacrifice.
Alongside her private work and workshops that weave together movement, Qigong, dance, nature connection through trees, and embodied awareness, offering women spaces to reset, reflect, and reconnect with themselves at a deeper level,
she also offers facilitation of private party day retreats, sound baths, and women's circles.
Kerry is a Co-ordinator and facilitator at Charlotte Church's, 'The Dreaming' retreat centre.
At the heart of Kerry’s work is a simple but powerful intention: to help women come home to themselves.
