This is not therapy, coaching, or fitness training.

It is a private nervous system and inner alignment process for women who want to live and lead from a place that feels internally coherent, sustainable, and authentic.

Although this work has a grounded structure, it is not fixed. Each session adapts to your current reality - taking into account physical and emotional capacity, nervous system state, and the shifting demands of work, family and life.

How We Work Together

COMING HOME is a bespoke 6 week or 12 week process.

Sessions are tailored to your system and may include:

•Nervous system regulation and education

•Somatic and body-based work

•Restorative movement, mobility and Qigong

•Breath work, and grounding practices

•Psychology-informed reflection

•Subtle energy work

•Practices that support inner listening, clarity, and self-trust

 

Between sessions, you receive:

•Light, respectful messaging support

•Simple personalised practices (videos, audio or written)

•Guidance that integrates into daily professional life.

 

This is not a program to complete — it is a process you inhabit.
