Join us for a heart-opening cacao ceremony followed by a deeply nourishing sound healing, held on the sacred threshold of Winter Solstice — the longest night, the womb of rest, reflection, and quiet rebirth.

We’ll begin by sharing ceremonial cacao to gently soften the heart and settle the nervous system. From there, you’ll be guided into a deep sound journey — letting vibration move through the body, releasing what no longer needs to be carried into the returning light.
